Try to stick to what has been requested in your ASC notice, because unless you want to exercise futility in your efforts, try another ASC.

Yes, any other office in the area. You can also go earlier then the actual appointment date, they don't care. Folks have 99% success ratio of going earlier and saving whole bunch of time. When you go to the office, they will ask you if you have an appointment, just don't say anything and hand them your FP appointment letter.

I asked the question because i have met some individuals who were able to get fingerprinted at another location different from their asc and i just need confirmations. Thanks citi786
