Hi folks
I am a first timer in posting. MY RD 07/20/01, ND 09/06/2001 . I know one case which was filed 1 month earlier than me which was approved 1 month ago. But in my case, there is not even FP notice issued yet.
Any body in the same boat. Any thoughts about out what to do?

You my friend should call the IIO or your lawyer.

I think there is a glitch which prevents some FPs. So call the IIO to ask about it. Also call the lawyer.

Good luck with the IIO cuz morons like oneaday will hold the lines for no reason.
 
call up the sick IIOs and ask them what the fuck is happening....

call your asshole lawyer and kick his ass ..ask him to call up INS on his own and get an answer for you...what the fuck is that asshole getting paid for.......

I think due to some computer error your FP was skipped and the notice was not generated......call up to get things moving...

also I think you will get approved very soon once your FP is done...as they are processing most of the July cases right now..

Poweruser you have to act immidietly and call IIO

I shuld say almost everybody in your RD range have got FP notice. There is no reason for this much delay. Cll IIO if there is any computer problems they will rectify it right away. Yours is a fit case to call IIO. My RD is July 2nd and by Novemebet I did get my FP notice. Another reason is it has gone to wrong address which happeans to many people. So dont wait any longer .

we called vsc no use. finally we asked lawyer to write a letter.
