Guys, i am really desperate. I have got an answer to my the e-mail from Immigration on march 10, that my fingerprints expired and they gonna send me notification for new ones. But 9 days passed and nothing. What i can do to expedite it or to remind them, what do you think? Thank you And my ND is May 2004

Go to InfoPass appointment, and they can take your fingerprint I guess.
Don't forget to put your case number when you making an appointment, and it's better to call them to schedule.
