Manual Vs computerized FP

hi,
Me and my spouse had our FP done on 12/21/01 at Newark.
I had it done thru a computer, and my spouse had it done manually.
the AVM now says that My FP has been recieved on dec 28th, but for my spouse it says not yet recieved FP.

Has anyone else had this experience. Pls reply. Thanks

Similar problem

We had similar problem and ours got updated in abt 2 weeks and my friend also faced the same problem hers took abt 11/2 month to update.
