Fingerprint missing on actual GC!! Please help!

Hi gurus,

My friend received his GC but it is missing the index fingerprint. Any suggestions? The CIS customer service was of no use. They said a new I-90 needs to be filed asap! Will this pose any problems for travel? We are scheduled to travel overseas on a business trip early next month.

--- download the I-90 form and fill the form, take Infopass with Local USCIS office and file the I-90 and take 2 passport style photographs with you and you will get the GC stamp on passport and you can travel with Passport stamp. if you are under CSC then you may get your new card in 20-25 days after filing I-90.once you visit Local USCIS office please let us know what they said.
