I did my second fingerprint on Aug.6 and was told the result has been sent to California Service Center but my I-485 was file in Vermont. I've being on Business Trip recently and can't make it earilier or on the shedule date. What shall I do?
About EAD. I tried to extend my EAD by myself. I don't know how to answer the question 15 on the form - the current immigration status. Shall I say temporary worker or something else?
I want to contact senator or congressman to expedite the process. But now I live in CA but my case is in vermont, will this even mess up my case? If not who shall I contact. I haven't moved since I filed green card petition. my company is in NJ. That's why my case was filed in vermont service center.
