today an officer from the embassy called me and sked me to come back to the embassy and do the finger scanning for the second time..i asked about the reason ..he replied (i do not know the reason )
I don't know about CP, but with AOS it is not unusual to have a second set of fingerprints taken. The first ones may not be easily readable or other technical reason.
Just go to the Embassy and follow their directions.
