finger\'s skin problem

My wife and I received the FP notice last month. We are scheduled to do it on March 14. Our problem is that one of my wife\'s finger is very dry and the finger skin just peeled off. The fingerprint can not be seen. Does anybody know any medicine can cure it? Thanks.
