Hello all! I live in south west virginia, if FP is based on the area you live, I should have got it by now.

Is there a problem? Please advise.

Shrini what is MD.. and AVM tells you ND not RD right? as ur message says RD according to AVm and ND ( guess ?)

i got my original notice from lawyer and so have confirmed Rd and ND..
it seems that Richmond Norfolk is taking time to schedule?

MD is when my I-485 was mailed to VSC.

Regarding RD, the AVM recording goes kind of like this - Your application for adjustment of status was received on October 13th and a notice has been mailed to you with information. Normally, these request take...blah... blah...

From the EAC number, you can calculate from EAC-02-011-

02 indicating fiscal year 2002, starts on 10/01 for VSC
011 idicates the 11th working day which is 10/15.

any ways.. MD is not so important.. i will keep this site updated.. but it looks its gonna take atleast a month for me.. :((
