Finger Prints Question

Hey guys,

I am pretty sure this has been disscused in the past, but I'll ask again.
I did my BIO code 1 today even though it was scheduled for 01/26/06, and I AM HOPING that's ALL I need to get approved, but how long does it take for the FP's to clear.

Finger prints get clear very quickly mostly the same day but I bet worst thing about code 1 that takes time is Name check (atleast that's what USCIS says). But that's an lame excuse USCIS tells all applicants that way they can delay & enjoy more vacations not thinking other folks sufferings & misery.
I had my code 1 done on Oct 14th,2005 & now almost 3 months but still nothing.
I finally wrote to my Senator asking for help. Had enough fun waiting last 5 years for my GC. Lets see what good Senator does. Well, atleast I can say I'm trying my best. Things are already bad enough.
