Finger Prints Machine Vs Manual Prints

I got my finger prints (on a finger printing machine) taken at Newark, I am going thru some of the threads in this forum and they mention about some issues saying the finger prints are too dark or too light. If they took your finger prints on a machine do you still have a possibility of falling into one of those categories (finger prints being too dark or too light)? Please share your experience. Any information is appreciated!
 
Apparently yes, as one guy mentioned his wife's ordeal about seeing error lines on the screen, but the operator let it through.

Regardless, I'd not worry about it. You're likely to read about unsuccessful experiences here instead of successful ones. I can't even guess at a number, but suffice to say that the vast majority of fingerprint attempts are successful.
