Finger Printing TSC Letter

My finger printing are expiring next month :confused: . I am thinking of fax to TSC. Can please somebody send me the link to format of fax needed to be sent to TSC.

Thanks you Sydney_2000. The link you post is for requesting FP. I remember there was a link for letter to TSC for expiditing case after FP in done. In my case FP was done on May 28th, 03. I was looking for link to get letter for expiditing case.
