Finger Printing Status not updated

I did my FP1 on 14th January 2005 (originally scheduled for 16th Nov 2004, but rescheduled it as I was on vacation.).
My I-485 status has not yet been updated though when I called FBI, they said the results were sent the same day. However, I found that the I-485 status was updated within a week or so for my friends after their FP.
Is this normal? I am wondering if I am stuck in the Name Check process. When does USCIS initiate a Name check request with FBI? Is it after the FP results are received or as soon as the I-485 is filed.

I have also sent an email to the FBI name check status mail box, but I guess it takes about 4-5 months to get a response from FBI.

Anybody in similar situation where the I-485 is not updated after the FP?

Also, I filed for AC21 and my spouse's I-485 around the 25th of January 2005. Would that have any bearing on the message not being updated?

AP - RFE for Photo Identification. AD 04/21/2004 - ( However, the Status check still says they have received my response to the RFE and are processing it!)
EAD- RFE for the same. AD 04/21/2004
FP - 01/14/2005 (Original Date 11/16/2004 - Rescheduled it)

I also did ny FP1 on Jan 12, 2005 and my 485 message hasn't changed, and no LUD update.

I just checked mine after seeing ur post and it was updated too -- "FP received on January 19th............" the same usual stuff.

Looks like it is moving.

What't the number you called for enquiring about FP?. I did mine on Jan 14th. No message change yet...

Do you have USCIS accounts to receive Email?
If you do, do you have received Email for the change of status from USCIS?

Yes, I do have an account with USCIS and I did receive an email about FP received message.
