Here are my details.

FP1 08/02
RFE recd by BCIS 02/04
FP2 04/06/04

My FP2 is scheduled in Boston( FP1 done at Boston) and the notice has my lawyers address. I am in Bay area, CA. Can I do my FP2 at San Jose, CA. Will it effect my GC processing ?

Please advise.

I also did the same...it will not affect GC process. When I went for FP they asked me why I was there.........not in my residential state(PA).....I said I was on a business trip.

Hope it helps.....make sure your FP goes to right service center...I specifically asked them to send it to VSC.

Near the BEA System building block. It is Industrial area . Quite area . No much traffic/rush . However you will find sign mentioning ASC application service center . Once you are done fp then you can call FBI and verify some time in next week . You can find FBI number here ,search. It is for verification if FP results are okay or not. You do not have to worry where results are going as they have central database and access from any corner of country. You shud ensure only that if results are good enough.
