Finger printing. Please help

Experts please help. I and my wife had our FP done at Norfolk on Jul'12. I called TSC AVM and according to the message my wife's FP has been approved and processing has begun again. However the message on my case says that FP notice has been sent blah. blah..
I called the FBI office and accrding to them they have not received my FP yet even after 3 weeks. Is it possible that my FP's were messed up.What do I do now.
Can I go to Norfolk and have them do it again. Would my applcn be treated as abandoned.

Go to Norfolk office and find out. If you are not able to find out anything or if your fp were not good, call IIO and ask them to align your case for FP redo.

Do you have the receipt that your FP was done? Call FBI and give them the details. See what is the response.

If the problem is still there, call INS and make them aware. They might send you another interview letter. They sholdn't ask for the fee as you have already paid for the FP, and you have done it so (if the proof is there).
