My EAD/140/485 ND is 4/19/04.
EB3/VSC Concurrent filer, Labor PD Jan, 2002 PA
Still waiting to recieve FP notice like several others in this forum.
Looks like there is some activity with few FP notices being sent out to late March/ early april 04 concurrent filers in the last 2 weeks.
Let's hope we recieve our FP notices soon !! :)

But, I don't know whether to be happy or not. Because i'm flying to India on 02/10/2005.

Guys please help me. What are my options ?

I-485 Notice date - 04/26/04 - No finger prints yet...

I-140 approved,
I-485 Receipt Notice Date: 04/26/04 - currently pending.
No sign of finger prints yet.. I have know people who filed I-485 after me (most of them concurrent filing, mine is not) got call for finger prints.
Gettin a little worried esp. now I am planning to leave my sponsoring employer, using AC21 to work for another company using my EAD.

Any thoughts ?

i know a friend to whom this happened, he went to local INS office and put before them the situation, they got him finger printed the same or next day !

I haven't seen more then 1 or 2 FP notices for April 04 cases ... the people you are talking about are cases in VSC ?? What state ? I would be helpful to make some guesses if you can provide more information about these cases you know ..

Good to know that .. is yours a labor substitute ?? What is your State /Fp region ?

Hi 1victim,

Today i went to ASC, Phoenix. And Guess What ????

They allowed me. They took my finger prints.

Mine is Vermont/ EB-3/NJ case

i dont believe they filed in Vermont, do you think no VSC filers of before Apr 04 have gotten to finger printing yet..(atleast as far as you know)

FP Notice Received for I-140 EB3 Filed inApril 04 @ VSC.

My EB3 I-140 Petiton was filed with pre-approved Labor @ VSC in April '04.
I got FP Notice.ND 02/15/05 and FP is Scheduled for 03/01/05.

Spouse FP

I recently received my FP notice scheduled for March. My spouse case has a different I-485 filing date and hasn't yet received FP notice. Can anyone share their experience trying FP for spouse without a FP notice at Buffalo ASC/Other centers.

Me too an april filer...rcvd FP notice... for mar 25..
Can anybody let me know the documents to be carried to the FP - office
Also the next steps for i-485.
