Hi,
A friend of mine was caught driving at a very high speed and didnt see the cops coming behind him. When he saw the cops, he stopped immediately, no accidents involved, was not drunk...
The cop impounded the car, took him to the police station, charged him with with : Reckless driving, speeding and Eluding from the police.
They took his finger prints in the police station and released him. Later on, the municipal court dropped the charged of eluding from police because there was no evidence to go against him and the case was closed without any penalty. But he paid the ticket charges for speeding etc.
His green card is in process, I-140 is cleared. He got finger printing notice too.
Will there be any problem because his finger prints were taken by the cops around 3 years back for the offence which was baseless and dropped without him appearing in the court once.
any advice....or suggestions or opinion ?
