My in-laws are in India right now. They got the finger printing notice and they have to take an appointment between March 4th and April 4th. Their scheduled location is in Charleston, South Carolina. They will be flying to Los Angeles on April 6th. Could they go for finger printing in a local Los Angeles ASC? They have change of location and change in appointment date. Would they face any problems? Is it okay if they are late by a few days? Should they go to SC for finger printing?
