Finger printing in different state.

Hello Gurus,

I did not find any info. re. this issue. Can I go for finger printing for N400 to a different state than the one I am supposed to? I have Florida D.O. and I am in Buffalo NY for a visit. Thanks.
 
You can try to take FP at another ASC, although it will be up to them to decide whether they will let you do it. Being on a short trip to another city is not a valid reason for taking the FP there, whereas being on a long term work assignment would be.

I plan to be in Buffalo for 6-8 weeks. I would appreciate a phone/fax no. of the Buffalo ASC if anyone has one. Thanks.

Calling is useless. They'll almost always tell you NO over the phone. But if you actually show up and they're not busy at the time, they'll usually accept you.
