Guys does it matter with respect to Finger Printing and which state you live in.

i.e. if you live in NJ or MA, is it that some state people will get it earlier than other.

Yes I believe it does matter. Someone posted elsewhere (try searching for "fingerprint" that the fingerprint notices are sent out by the individual ASCs depending on their schedule. I had a relatively early FP date and I'm guessing that this is because the ASC in our area (Fort Worth, TX) is relatively quiet.
