Finger Printing at VSC

My 485 ND is Aug3,1999. When I called up VSC She told me that they are processing Aug1st and I should hear soon. But there are other collegues who have ND in Sep,99 who had completed finger printing a month or two ago.
Let me know your experience

You should get FP note 3 or 4 months ago. Right now INS is processing the final step of I485 (the FP should be already done) with ND dated 8/99.

My RD is 10/7/99, EB1 China. PD is current. But I still have not received FP notice. Is this normal?
