thank you for this very helpfull forum and all the valuable information you are providing to all of us. A special thanks to Gilbert for his dedication.
My question is simple.applied for plr 10-16-98.
lately I received a notice to finger print on 07-10-03.
What's next ? do I need to wait for my green card or do I need to be interviewed? I am lost.Please help.

Welcome to the forum. Well once you get your fingerprint notice, you will have to wait a period that may range between 3 months (like my case) and 9 months (like sessanga) for your passport to be stamped. However,i doubt that you will wait beyond september 30th this year since the INs is required to allocate the visas for those who applied before april 99. Good luck

Hi Shamshon,
Could you please point to the document where it says that the
applications received prior to april 99 are going to be processed by sept.30th ?
