Finger print valid for 15 months

In the AOS process. How long can the FP and Med exam hold valid for? Could some one let us know. I have been waiting for 12 months after the FP, 14 months after Med exam.

Once filed and accepted, "Medicals" won't expire (Once medicals are done one has to file for I-485 with in a year though)! FPs are valid for only 15months from the day FBI cleared them.

fax inquiry

My lawyer will send a fax inquiry regarding this expiring FP. Most likely when the officer reviews the case, he will issue a request (she is also not sure whether that is RFE or some other format) to ask me redo the FP. In another better case, INS will send me a notice directly right after the fax inquiry to let me redo the FP.

I will keep you guys posted if there is any new development.

My lawyer also confirmed that CSC is resuming the AOS process, but she does not think my case 02-065 will be touched in several weeks.

Let us hope AOS process is speeding up

Did he/she mention the resume means
"some approvals" in coming weeks?
or we will see ONLY RFEs coming?

seems only VSC see the approvals.
