Finger print re-do notice

My finger print was rejected by FBI because of poor quality,Does anyone know how long it takes to get a new FP notice from CSC

where did you take the FP ? I mean which ASC...and yeah Sayed after how many days did you call FBI?..i and my wife did FP on 03/31/01 at Van Nuys - Los Angeles
