Finger Print Postpone

Hi,

Myself and My wife applied I485 in April 2005. I did my finger print on June 2005 (first) and April 2007 (second). My wife did her finger print on Oct 2005. We both have AP until Oct 2007 and my wife has H4 stamping until May 2009. I may also go to India and get stamping for my H-1B until 2009. My wife is in India and if she gets a finger print notice during that time, can I postpone it? Is there any impact on postponing the finger print?

BTW: About a year ago, I came to know from an email enquiry to CSC that my wife's name check and all application process is completed successfully and she is waiting for primary candidate and visa numbers.

------------------ SHE or her lawyer can reschedule the finger printing date. YOU cant sign for her on any form to reschedule her FP date
