Finger Print Notices For VA/DC residents from VSC

No fingerprinting yet

Hi,
I live in VA and my ASC is Alexandria VA.

I filed my I-485 , ND 2 Dec 2004.

No fingerprinting yet.

Anyone with similar dates..pls update.

I have given my FP Today @ Alexandria,VA.
I have to wait for almost 2 hrs for it.

I am from VA.
My FP was done on Apr 23 2005 in Alexandria, VA.
I had my appointment at 9:00am but they sent me in at 12:30PM and by the time i got out of the office it was 3PM.

Here are my details:

I took all my recipts and approvals till date.
They asked for my driver's license and EAD.

can we schedule a finger print?

I heard from an immigration lawyer that we can do that after we got the receipt notice of I-485.

I-485: ND Dec 2004

FP scheduled on 14 May 2005 at Alexandria VA.

I fall under Norfolk, VA. No Fp notice yet
 
FP done at Alexandria

Guys,
We have done our FP today morning at 7.00 AM..Infact my FP origninally schedeled for Apr 23 at 11.00 AM..Due to eccess no of applicants were issued FP Notices before 10.00 AM itself, they rescheduled my FP to today 8.00 AM..We went there by 6.45 and to our pleasant surprise, they let us in by 7.00 and we are ound by 7.30 AM..The staff are courteous and because of the high demand in Alexandria Center, they started working in two shifts mean more Finger Prints right from moring 7.00 am to evening 8.00 PM.
Good luck to all Northern VA residents, I think long wait at the lines will be over now..
 
Fingerprinting done at Alexandria VA

I had my fingerprinting scheduled at 1PM on 14 May 2005 and my spouse the same day at 2 PM.
They let us in only at the scheduled appointment time.
We were done by around 2 30 PM.

The system gave some match warning for 2 fingers and ridge broken for 1 finger.The associate cleaned my finger and took the print again and said I am fine.
No LUD changes after fingerprinting yet.

Finally got my FP notice yesterday. My spouse has a different ND eventhough we had applied together. No FP notice received for her. Do we need to call VSC or wait for her notice.

good start, have you receieved fingerprint notice from Norfolk or Alexandria? i live in richmond Va, i do not know which service center richmond falls under.
does anyone receieved fP from norfolk? please post the details.

We come under Norfolk, VA. I have got my FP notice for july 15th code 3 and received my wife's notice today.

Yours may be on the way not to worry. My RD is Dec 27th but its hard to guess because notices are being sent in random.
Some of my friends with same receipt date as mine received Fp appt same date as mine.

But in the same thread JETJUNGLE mentioned that he live in Richmond VA and he got the FP from Alexandria. and also do you think that EB3 or EB2 matter in FP schedule. if you do not mind can you mention your zipcode. trying to figure out which ASC i need to keep tracking. it seems that people with RD in Jan are getting FPs from norfolk. i applied in Texas but live in Richmond.

Its so strange attorney sent an email that she received my wifes FP notice yesterday. I have not received my copy yet. I hope its not lost in mail??
