My I-485 receipt date is 4/5/01, haven\'t got finger print notice from INS yet. Any one file around the same time? How\'s your status.

Your may send an inquiry as long as it is 120day over your Receipt date.

120 days from ND - I think it\'ll be over for your case

So do/ask lawyer for Fax inquiry.

      My i-485 RD is 04/04/01 & ND is 04/24/01. I have not yet received the FP notice. I am in Bayarea(I am not sure how this helps). My attorney says they will enqire only after 6 months...

I check my receipt last night. Here is my case: ND 4/5/01, ND 4/24/01. Same ND as yours, let\'s keep in touch so that we can know the INS progress.
I got several emails, one ND 4/10/01, one ND 4/17/01 already got FP notice. Hopefully, ours coming soon!

No FP for me too. RD 03/20/01 and ND is 04/10/01. My lawyer says the same thing. He told me that their INS bulletin says about the 6-month period. Let me once you got your FP notice. Thanks
