Finger print notice Recieved

I recieved finger print notice yesterday.
My I-485 was recieved in September 2001
I don't know what does it mean but I know my file is still there and they are doing something with it.
Something is better than nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is next??? and How long ?? I don't know.
