I got FP2 Notice after Approval. My Lawyer said this might be Post processing !!. BCIS Inventing new things for job security may be. ???

FP Notice after I-485 Approval........fyi

On the FP Notification they mentioned the following in one entire row.........
PLEASE DISREGARD THIS NOTICE IF YOUR APPLICATION HAS ALREADY BEEN GRANTED.

Disregard the FP Notice.
 
If I were you, I'll fire the lawyer and find another one since he even do not know the basics of immigration law.

And there is a big capitalized notice on your FP notice:

PLEASE DISREGRD IT IF YOUR APPICATION WERE GRANTED. Your lawyer don't even look at it, how come he can help you with BCIS is something happend?

My wife is derivetive applicant and she never worked before, she got the FP notice at the same day of her approval. how can she aslo got the 'post-processing' for job security?

Contacted my Immigration Attorney again, wrt " disregard if application was granted". He acknowledges that it may be mistake but insists that I should got ahead with FP citing ZERO TOLERANCE etc.

Anyway I got some time to makeup my mind.

Update

We just came back from UCIS office. The lady took 3rd FP notice we received for my wife and went in to check something. After few minutes, she came out in our waiting area to promptly apologize to us on behalf of UCIS for sending the notice by mistake. She also said that we could disregard this notice as my wife's 2nd finter printing report has been cleared the next day.
