Finger Print Letter - N400

Hi,

My wife and I have applied for Citizenship N-400 around July 15, 2004 and have not recieved any Finger Print letters as of today. We called the 1-800 number and did not get any valid info. Has anyone received Finger Print letters recently, any ideas. Can anyone post their dates... Please help...
 
It depends on your:

(1) Service Center; and
(2) Local (district) Office.

If you tell us where you are located, then you may be able to share your experience with people from your area so you can make a direct comparison with your case.

Too late...

I would suggest you to make infopass appt. and go to the fairfax office to enquire about your case status. I don't think it takes more than 5 months to get FP letter.
 
I fall under the jurisdiction of the Norfolk Sub-Office, which is under Arlington DO. I applied in July and I called in October and was told that it could take up to 8 months for a FP letter.
