Boston ASC is very efficient and professional. Show up at your appointment time (or half an hour earlier) and expect to spend about 40-50 minutes (more if you have kids).
Location is conveniently next to the North Station, so your best bet is to leave your car at one of the T stations (e.g. Alewife) and take T into the city avoiding traffic and parking hassle.

I had my FP at the Boston ASC. I got the FP notice within 2 weeks of my 485 application. They gave me an appointment for a Saturday morning. Hence finding a street parking spot was easy - I found one barely 50 meters from their entrance.

I reached around the exact time of my appointment; had to wait hardly 3 or 4 minutes in the lobby before I was asked to go inside the main area. The entire exercise took about 15-20 minutes.

Overall, very efficient and friendly people.
