We can do one thing. Whatever is our receipt no. SRCXXXXXXXXX or LINXXXXXXXXX etc. We try on USCIS case search. We all can devide certain ranges. Each person can pick 500 cases. Everyday USCIS will allow you to check 100 cases. In case of more, your IP address will be tracked and 'USCIS website case search access' will be locked for 24 hours. That way, we can gather/share data. To manage untouched cases, we need 100 people. So, we can make/gather/track good data analysis of 50000 cases.

Well keep one thing in mind, the date mentioned on the online status of USCIS is the date when receipt notice was issued, not the date when they received the application in their mailbox. For example, my case was received by USCIS on August 2nd, but they issued notice on September 26th. So when I check the status of my case online, it shows that case received and pending as of September 26th. This means that they are currently not touching the cases received on July 19th, rather those that had receipts issued on July 19th. They must have received these cases atleast 3 weeks before July 19th, so realistically, they are touching cases received in last week of June.
 
Well, my I-140 receipt date is July 13 2007. But, in USCIS system, it shows July 19th 2007.

No matter what, whichever is our receipt date, but I am coparing my case with July 19th receipt dates. Because, that is available for others to me.

On the receipt notice there are 2 dates: Receipt Date and Notice dare. Receipt date is the date when USCIS acknowledges the receipt of the application, whereas the notice date is the darte when the notice was mailed. Due to July 2007 visa bulletin fiasco, these dates varies widely.
