My wife is filing I130 for me.
We qualify for financial support ourselves as our annual household is somewhat more than 130% above povertly line (the requirment) for last year.
My wife lost her job in Sept. and is still unemployed and I am on student visa so can work only limited number of hours in my school. My wife may or may not be able to find a job soon. Can we file the financial support on our own or
ask someone else to else to meet the requirment. Also currently my wife is recieving Medicaid- will it effect our petition.
