Financial documents for "do-it-yourself" AC-21

Hi All,

I am planning to inform the USCIS about my changing job under AC-21. I've switched to a public company, so its financial docs are open, but what exactly do I need to submit? Financial reports (annual and quarterly) are available from the company website, but they are about 150 pages thick...
Also, whatever financial statements I have to send - should the copies be certified or attested in some way, or a balance sheet printout from - let say Yahoo!Financial - will do the job?

Thanks!

I talked to an attorney by paying $250 on this. You dont have to do any financial doc submission etc. The following are needed

1.New Emp. Verification Letter or offer letter
2. Your letter telling about the switch quoting AC21 and attaching AC21 rule if possible
3. Copy of I-140 approval and I-485 being pending.

Hi,

Can these documents be in any format? Or do they need to be in any specific format?
If you have any ..
Please forward..
Thanks

Check my AC21 letter and some other samples in this forum. Just do a search.

Also since your company is a public one, just go to your legal/HR/Investor relationship department and ask for a company brochure and 2003 Financial statement. That should be sufficient.

1.New Emp. Verification Letter or offer letter
--- Permanent future job offer letter, with same job duties, skills as on past approved LC( it will be much better if they also write the SAME job title)
2. Your letter telling about the switch quoting AC21 and attaching AC21 rule if possible
** attaching AC21 august 2003 MEMO is not must they have the MEMO and they know about MEMO, portablity section of AC21 can be wriiten on your Intent change letter
3. Copy of I-140 approval and I-485 being pending.
---- Copy of I-140 is not must becase they have approved I-140 and they have the record of your I-140 approval, you need to send copy of I-485 so that they can attach AC21 letter or your NEW employer permanent job offer letter + your intent change letter in your pending file.
** USCIS may ask the financial documents of new company to make sure the new company is able to pay the wages; it does not hurt if you also attach company financial documents
