Finally approved !!!!!

I checked in the morning (9:00AM) and nothing happened...
But I just checked again (9:36AM) and got approval message.
Me and my wife. My son and daughter are not yet.

EB2 Korea;
SRC0212852***
LC applied : 4/99 by RIR
My cheap lawyer screwed up and changed to the normal process..
I-140 approved : 1/2002
I-485 RD/ND 3/19/2002
FP : 4/19/2003 (myself, wife and son) no call
2nd FP : 6/19/2003 due to address change(only myself and wife)
AD : 5/14/2004

Have questions.
- My daughter need FP? (she was under 14 but now over 14)
- what kind of photo i need for stamping?

Hope everybody get approvals........sooooooooooooooon!

Just wondering if TSC is doing their processing based on ND/RD or FP Date.

Or BOTH?

Since i m seeing more of Feb/March Cases Approved.

Anyone here to be able to throw some light or am i thinking wrong.

Again, Congrats to all who have seen the Approval for their cases.

All,

"RD/ND 3/19/2002 and FP 4/19/2003" is yet another indication that TSC is currently approving based on March to May 2003 FPs; NOT on ND...
 
FP notice!!

I just got a FP notice for my 14 years old daughter via mail.
I think this is why my son did not get approval...
Scheduled on 6/3/2004.
Will let you know how long it will take to get approval after FP..

I got approved about 8 weeks after my 2nd fp. Best of luck.

the required documentation that you need will be on the approval notice. photos are the same as for EAD.

My daughter got finger print notice after we(myself and wife) got approvals.
It was scheduled today 8:00 AM and we went there at 7:45AM and finished everything 8:30AM..There were approx. 20 people.
I will let you know when she and my son will get the approval..

You write "second FP due to address change". How come? I did change the address with 485 pending after my FPs taken, moved 10 miles same county, filed AR-11, lawyer sent letters but I had no extra FPs after this.
Can you tell me more?

2nd FP...

As soon as I filed AR-11 and faxed to TSC...and made phone call to TSC...
I got 2nd FP notice (myself and wife only)... to the new address
I do not know what triggered this...
But we went there again and took FP...
That was after 2 month...
...
 
Got Plastic card...

I got my plastic card yesterday. Mine and wife's.
Passport stamped on 5/24 and tt just took 3 weeks.
Message changed twice.
card ordered and then mailed.

I am still waiting my kid's approval..
My daughter got FP on 6/3. Nothing happened.
 
We got approval notice for my kids today...

After 1st FP for my daughter (she was under 14 but now she is 14, they sent FP notice without any charge) 2nd FP for my son, we got approval notice today for my kids.
My daughter did FP June and my son did 2nd FP August.
Everything finished.....
