YES, NO RFE. Now is a great time for I-485 filers. We have seem plenty of approvals without RFEs. My I-485 is an University case.

My EB1A (extraordinary ability) I-140 was rejected right after 9/11 disaster, bad timing.

This time, I was lucky to get approved without trouble.

Our cases are extremely similar to yours. So I'm just curious -- Could you please specify the exact date of ur 2FP in San Jose? Also, did your status change online or did u just recv ur approval over email?

We had fingerprints done on 6/19. I got approval e-mail. Status also changed online.
