Finally wait is over .... 485 Approved

Hi Friends,

Finally I got the magic mail and I could see the light in the tunnel. Yes I got 485 approval for me, my wife and 2 kids. Finally the long wait is over. This forum has been of great help specially at a time when you feel a bit down due to NSC way of functioning. I sincerely thank all the members for useful help they provided during this struggle. I wish you all GOOD LUCK. My details are given below:

I140 – RD 03/03/03, AD 07/01/04
I485 – RD 03/03/03, AD 12/13/04
EAD : 1st RD 03/03/03, AD 09/15/03, 2nd RD 05/14/04, AD 07/30/04
AP : 1st RD 04/30/04, AD 07/02/04
Never used EAD/AP. Continued on H1B

Thanks to everyone for their wishes.

goni - There was no RFE. In fact case status never changed from day 1. It remained "Your I485 application received .... It is taking between ...". LUD changed twice - once 09/15/03 i.e when 1st EAD was approved and then 08/05/04 i.e. after I made request for address change on 08/02/04.

betsy - It is EB3.
