After 3 years waiting, TSC finally issued my wife and I the FP for 7/23/04 which is over 3 years after we filed the I-485.

I never thought someone would be waiting this long(2001 filers) for FP.. Any other 2001 filer waiting for 1st FP ?
 
One of my friend and his wife's ND is 12/3/01 and another couple's is 2/7/02. They are still waiting for their FP.
 
That is good. You & your friend ( from Dec 2001) shd definitely call the 800 number or even contact some congressmen since the off processing date is way ahead of your ND.
I assume your friend is also under EB category.

which office have they scheduled your for FP? somce centers would even allow you to do FP before the appt date of 07/23/04. That is still 40 days away.

I guess (based on the date 8/27/01) they opened your case to approve and noticed no prints, so here it comes. Your approval may be coming soon.
