Hi All,

Finally our I-485s got approved on 15th Nov 2002 (according to INS website). Here is the story.

1. We both applied for GCs (seperately for both).

2. The WAC are WAC-02-042-5xxxx and WAC-02-121-5xxxx.

3. INS asked us to withdraw one of these sets. We withdrew WAC-02-042-5xxxx.

4. INS approved WAC-02-121-5xxxx on 15th Nov 2002.


This site is really useful, helped to keep our hopes alive.

Is it true that WAC-02-121-5xxxx is approved. Basically my WAC # is WAC-02-98-5xxxx.

Can you please share us the datails of WAC-02-121-5xxxx?
1. Whats the Priority Date and Notice Date??

Hi Job_finder,

The WAC-02-121 priority date is some time May-2001. Notice date we do not remember.

Please when you look at WAC-02-121- approval, please cosider my WAC-02-042 also. We think INS considered our case as WAC-02-042 (which was filed Oct-2002, priority date some time in Mar - 2000).

Any info on Passport stamping is greatly appreciated.

Congratulations!

great to see one more 02-042 approval. Mine is also 02-042-55XXX...but not approved yet :(
