Can I-485 be transferred?

Now I have a question: Can I transfer old I-485 to newly approved I-140?
After my old I-140 and I-485 were denied, I filed appeal so my old I-485 might be considered to be pending. Two weeks ago, I filed new I-485 with new I-140. Now my I-140 has been approved, can I transfer my previous I-485 to this newly approved I-140? Anyone has successful experience? Thanks.
