Hi Guys,

Last week i gave my Oath Ceremony in San Jose. i have applied for my US Passport through Post-Office.. and the lady over there said it might take 6 weeks to get my passport. i did not have to do Expedite process.

anyhow my Question is, i am married to a H1-B , what is the process to apply for my wife ? and how long do you guys think it will take to get EAD-- 485 approved.. what is the process?

Congratulations! :) On the other hand I am not sure about the procedure for your significant other. I think you need to file I-130 or I-131, but I'm not sure.
 
Your wife will need to file i-765, i-130 and i-485. Also, if she intends to travel outisde the US while I-485 is pending, she'll also need to apply for I-131 advance parole.
EAD approval is taking about 3 months these days.
