Finally My I-140 (LIN04098) is approved

Hello guys! :D :D :D

Finally, I got the magic e-mail Yesterday at 8:30PM saying that my I-140 was approved. I cannot see the status on my I-485, but both my wife's and mine has been changed the LUD to 04/05/05. So, hopefuly we will get another e-mail soon. I cannot wait to use AC21. I will wait another week before change job. My I485 may come, who knows! See my data below:

EB3 PD Set/2002. NRC
I140/485 RD 02/19/04 and ND 02/23/04
2nd AP and EAD approved on 03/06/05
I140 AD 04/04/05

I485 RFE received on 03/21/05 and the AD hopefuly will be today :confused:

Do you think your 2nd EAD renewal triggered your case?. I have 4 months left on my EAD, offcource not using it, but looking for some advicce whether to file now or wait for some time.

I 485 AD: ???
FP : 3/3/2005

Congrats..and good luck with 485. It is very likely that you can get your 485 approved soon.

Thanks to all! I think, my 2nd EAD trigged I485, because I had RFE on I485, just a week after approval. But, NSC is impredictable. I still cannot see the status on my I-485. I can look-up on everything else, but on my wife's and mine I485. I hope they are working on it. Thanks
 
Cannot access 485 status for me too

I am in a similar situation as you. My I-140 was approved yesterday but I can't even find my I-485 status. I spoke to an immigration officer and he asked me to check back after a couple of days. I hope that it means that they are working on it. My ND for I140/485 is in 3/2004. I used a substituted LC in EB2 category.

Please let me know what happens with your 485.

I spoke to an immigration officer and he said that he has approved my 485 today. Maybe you should also try calling.

Hey Chicago this i sthe way to go. Congratulations!!! And ejoy your freedom! So, thanks for the note. I called them today, and I did not get a good help. I will try tomorrow again. Did you received any e-mail after your approval? Can you access your I485 receipt again? Also, let me know when get your mail notice!

Thanks Valcris. They opened a service ticket to fix my automated status. I still cannot look my case on-line or via phone. The officer told me that has approved my case and that I will be receiving the approval letter by mail within two weeks. All the best to you.

By any chance, they told you when it was approved. I have feeling it was approved on Monday, same day as I-140.
