Congratulations, OmGV. You must be releived. Did you re-fax your expedite request as we discussed earlier, or did it happen in the natural course of time?

I did refax the request, including the important words, supporting documents. I also did an enquiry. The dates also became current. I think the refaxing was the main catalyst.
How long did it take for u to receive the AP after approval? I am releived, waiting to receive the AP now.

My AP approved on April 27th
ND: Nov. 25
Family's ND - same.
AP not yet approved.
Effectively rendering my AP approval useless.
I had already started looking for tickets.
Guess, will have to pay high summer time fare - thanks to USCIS.

It is pathetic and sorry state of affairs that we have been reduced to be happy about EAD and AP approvals.
Well, for me, it caused some tension, coz of the circumstances and unusal delay.
I would also thank MeraNaamJoker, Cheru and others for their suggestions.
I would like to thank my family for supporting me during this process.

No OMGV, this is not even going to fetch U an old cheap used CAR, leave alone an Oscar.
Come on man, U can do it. USCIS has made us learn to speak over the years and U have got to practice for more of these speeches in future. Three for EAD, three for AP, one for AR-11, one each for Labor, I-140 and 485, one each for AC21, 31, 51 ,91, one each for 3 FP's, one for Driver Lic, one for SSN, five for five different RFE's. So total= Only 25. Am I forgetting some?
