Hi Guys,
Wow....Seems like they processed my RFE in 1 day itself. My Lawyer sent out i-140 RFE docs on 12/23, and USCIS surprised me by approving the case on 12/28. That was fast. Great News for the New Year. Both me and my wife got Approved
Stats:
Labor applied Sept 2001. Fed Sent back to State in 2002. God Knows how, Labor got approved in Jan 2004. Filed Concurrent I-140/485 WAC041085*** in MArch 2004. Got RFE asked for company tax returns on December 1st, 2004. RFE Replied on Dec 23rd. Approved Dec 28th for me and my spouse.

Finally 2004 ended on good notes to both of us :D :D
 
Congrats BadaBhai !! I also got my I-140 approval on Dec. 28th, and just today recieved 485 approvals for me and my spouse !!
 
Great News gc_now and Singhiguy. Congratulations. Get you infopass appointment, u dont even need a approval notice to set that.
