First of all Congrats on getting your GC...

btw, I have question.
When you write an email to TSC,may I know how or what did you write on them?
like what the all information that you tell them?

My case was processing at TSC.

E-mail address tsc.asylum@dhs.gov

I asked question about my case like the processing time frame is close to receipt notice how long the process is gonna take because I never received a biometrics notice because the last one just expired. And a TSC asylum duty officer reply with more information.

03/11/2008 E-mail sent to TSC

TSC duty IO replied : I' ve requested your I485 for review when I recieved I'll adjudicate accordingly. if at the time of adjudication you not recieved your biometrics notice. they 'll schedule you.

After that my case updated on 03/17, 03/18, 03/21, 03/24 approval notice (E-mail)

04/08/08 E-mail sent to TCS to request biometrics notice because my AN said Prior to recieving your card you may be required for biometrics processing (FP/PH/SG). If you're required to report for this processing you'll recieved an other notice. So I never got it.

TSC duty IO replied : If you do not recieve a notice send us an E-mail and we make look up you case.

And last night I got the e-mail card production ordered also this morning.
 
Do they respond/reply my email fast?
or I have to wait for like a week for the answer?

No it doesn't. They received hundreds ( if not thousands ) of emails everyday. If someone's lucky then s/he might receive a reply within a couple of hours but it might take days to receive a reply.

wow, I got the email in about less than 30minutes
but it said that my case was transfer out to Jacksonville for interview which I did, and they say he file is not on TSC but probably still in jacksonville,FL
so they cant give any info about this.

Anyone know the Jacksonville,FL asylum inquery status email address??
