Thankyou very much for all support and information shared.

I saw my "Card Production Ordered" status change this mornin . However date was of June 28. It means it must have got approved yesterday night befre 12.00.
While looking at that messahe , ofcourse I did not belive and therefore 2 clicked on EAC number to see if its for true and like magic in second click status chnaged to "Approval notice sent".
However my spouse's GC is not yet approved. Thats bcoz she is stuck in namechesk.
Now all my efforts will be towards her namcechek completion.


Now just waiting for cards.

I think July first week most of us are going to get approved.

My Dates are very similar to yours. PD of June 2001 wih RD of June 29 2005. Let's see what happens. Good Luck to everybody.

Looks like your case is similar to mine (atleast 485 filing date). Our name checks were cleared recently. Not sure of my turn.

Thankyou very much ... I'am so happy today.


This day is really good for me, you will not believe everyday morning , evening, every 5 mins in day I use to log in USICS (my portfolio) to check the status.
Last couple of days I kinda lost hope/interest and was taking very light, and see thats when I got to see this surprising news.
This morning very casusally I came to my machine.
I was going to work from anyways, therefore very relaxed having cup of coffee, logged in USCIS, believe me inside my brain I was convinced to see NO changes as usual, but thats when I saw LUD of June 28 on my case (not my wifes just me). My eyes opened up a bit, coffee cup came down to table, hearts beats were high up there somewhere. Then after gathering lots of courage I clicked on my EAC number, while clicking till I saw actual mesage lots of thoughts ran thru my mind like I might have got NOID (as had invoked AC21), or anyother RFE or case transferred to lcoal office etc, in midst of all this I saw "Card prduction ordered" ...wowwww I was so delighted to see that. Seriously could not believe what I was seeing. And to add to all this, till date I was 1000% sure that EAC number is correct and all, but today literally I pulled out I-485 receipt noitce and matched the EAC number , the whole thing was so unbelievable.

Guys let me tell you onething, surely happiness is unexpressable, at the same time if I rewind of my past years after GC filling, I get scared bcoz of so much of wait and wait and wait and wait .....

In month of june I faced so many curtly replies of TSC IO's but here I relentlessly kept calling them and kept calling them, in last 2 weeks I also requested congress office to put an enquiry. Congress person got reply back there is lot of load and cases are getting processed in order. Thats it afetr this I kept quite till this morning, after that I could nit help but to smile to myself and enjoy the moment. I want cherish each moment of this ecstasy and wanted to share all this with you guys.

Sorry to bore you all with my inner me :)

Anyways, I surely believed in one thing all along, my GC would get approved in atleast 2 months after June 1st and that gutt feeling surely turned out to be true.
Hang on there guys, you are about see/exp exactly what I did today.

Now another wait and efforts starts for me, and thats for my wife.

Congrats on your successful approval. Savor every moment now as it's the end of a long and hard journey in this inefficient process managed by incompetent people living in the most technologically advanced country in the world. (Sorry for my rant; last few weeks have been quite stressful).

Did you do anything extra to get your Name Check cleared ? Any tips / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
