Finally I and my wife 1-485 got approved. Here I am giving the details.

Details:
WAC-02-078-52XXX
Priority Date - Nov 2000
Labor applied Nov, 1st 2000
Labor approved May, 5th 2001(In-between RFE came and replied by attorney)
There was a two months time gap because I was busy with my marriage.
I-140 Applied July, 25th 2001
I-140 Approved Oct, 24th 2001(In-between RFE came and replied by attorney)
It took two months to gather all needs (medical, birth certificate, etc) for my I-485 application
RD - Dec, 31th 2001
ND - Jan, 4th 2002
1st FP - Feb, 28th 2002
1st AP - Feb, 25th 2002
1st EAD - April, 3rd 2002
2nd AP - March, 25th 2003
Interim EAD - April, 10th 2003
2nd EAD - May, 24th 2003
3rd AP - Feb, 22nd 2004
3rd EAD - March, 21st 2004
2nd FP - Feb, 20th 2004
RFE Generated - April, 8th 2004
RFE Replied - April, 19th 2004(EVL, W2, Tax Returns and recent pay stubs)

Fax inquiry for 2nd FP (1st time - Oct, 2003; 2nd time Nov, 2003; 3rd time Jan, 2004 Finally Feb, 11th 2004
I got a call from CIS and told he is generated 2nd FP notice)

Fax inquiry for I-485(one and last on March, 24th 2004 because March, 22nd 2004 I-485 date crossed my RD and I
got letter from CIS after 4 days saying that my case was out of queue and they requested my case file and its
Will take 30 to 45 days to take decision)

I called CIS numerous number of times in-between time. Very few time I got proper answers.

My attorney/company screwed my 2nd EAD and I am out of payroll for 4 days. Every time my attorney file EAD and
AP I got minimum one RFE for me or my wife. I applied 3rd EAD and AP myself, way before 90 days and got with out
Any RFE’s.

This discussion board is very helpful through out my journey, I am very much thankful to every one who is
participating on this board.

I FP : Aug 20, 2002.
GOT 3rd EAD and AP.
NO RFE, NO 2nd FP.

here i am giving the link for fax inquiry form. you go to 38th page and print it, fill your info and fax to division office. If you didn't get any answer(15 days) for your previos fax , do fax to division XII along with previous inquiry also. Still you didn't get any thing fax .. fax until you get answer.

For stamping i used the documents, coutesy letter, I-94, passport and two immigration style photo's. I took my AP's and EAD's also but they didn't asked i didn't given to them.
