Contacted local senator and congressman through email the week before August 21st. Didn\'t hear anything from them but the case got approved within one week. May be it\'s a coincidence. Applied from Arlington, VA area. Waiting for the approval notice.

I went to the web site http://www.visi.com/juan/congress/ and chose my states sentor and local area congressman. They have all the informations on the web.
