Here is my story
I-485 02-113-***, feb,15,2002.
1st Fp april/02
2nd FP May/04, after I send 2 Fax to CSC.
Send N FAx to CSC,I do not remeber how many times,about once a week.
get response => do not send FAX
Lawyer send 1 Fax at july/04, no response.
send 2 letters to senetor, 4 weeks later, get response from senetor's office,
CSC tell them the reason for my pending case is because they are waiting for my name check results from FBI.
My God, I send so many Fax, CSC did not tell me that
Aug/04, Send Fax to FBI, 2 week later, get email response, my name check is completed already.
Send Fax to CSC, and send letter to senator again, tell them my name check is completed.
Senator office told me that CSC's new excuse: my child has truned to 14. my god, my child is only 9 years old.
Lawyer call emergency phone number to CSC. in end of sept.
CSC tell us, wait for another 2~3 weeks.
3 weeks just pasted, get email today.
anyway,get email, I-485 is over, I am happy
it is so long, 2 years and 8 months.
no any rfe, I do not know exactly the reason why I have to for so long.

Could you please tell me what the FBI fax number is for name check? My finger print was done in June 04. CSC said they are waiting for security check result. I would like to ask FBI for the status of security check.
