Finally I140(niw) got approved at VSC

Today I received the following email from INS.
I still cannot belive my eyes. I am so relieved.
My RD was 6/30/05 at VSC. Then in Feb 06, I got a RFE. I sent it back to them on 4/8/06. The ND for RFE was 4/11/06.

It must be good releif
so how many independent letters you had send finally?
 
Thank you guys.
I sent 6 letters initially. All are not independent.
Then I got the RFE, kind of expected. Right?
I sent 1 letter from my previous boss(stronger version) who wrote me a letter before, 1 letter from future boss who has not worked with me yet, 1 from Canada(independet), 1 from Europe(independent), 1 from Johns Hopkins(independent) and 1 from the biggest non-profit national foundation in my field(again independent).
To sum up, I sent 4 definite independent letter all over the world (?) + 1 somewhat independent.

I had one more independent letter. It arrived too late, so I could not include it in the file.
